Founder of Novus Capital Advisors Private Limited (Formerly known as Fast Track Finsec Private Limited) and Vikas Verma & Associates, have over 15 years of experience in Company Law, Capital Markets, Corporate Structuring, and Financial Services, he has built a strong reputation for delivering client-focused, strategic, and result-oriented advice.

Director, CSCS Sakshi is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Rajasthan.
With over seven years of extensive experience in Secretarial and Merchant Banking activities, she has established herself as a trusted professional in capital market transactions. She joined Fast Track Finsec Private Limited which is now known as Novus Capital Advisors Private Limited in 2019 and has since successfully managed a wide range of assignments, including Takeovers, IPOs, Qualified Institutional Placements (QIBs), and Rights Issues.
Her current role encompasses end-to-end issue management, due diligence, and regulatory liaison with authorities such as SEBI, RBI, and Stock Exchanges. She has been instrumental in streamlining compliance processes, ensuring timely submission of regulatory filings, and supporting clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
